The idea for a modern mail forwarding business came to me after several years as a client of another mail forwarding business. You might think that the reason I decided to start providing my own mail forwarding services was a bad experience with my provider. Actually, they are quite good and I am still their customer with one of my businesses in Wyoming. However, I live in Miami and they do not operate in Florida. As a native European, I travel very often between Miami and Europe and need to manage my personal postal mail completely online from anywhere. I looked for a reliable service providing virtual mailboxes in Miami but did not find the right one. So, I decided to offer my own solution for people in The Magic City and anybody who needs to receive postal mail in Florida. I truly believe that my own experiences as a mail forwarding client helped me create the best possible mix of useable features while maintaining simplicity.

Before choosing your future mail forwarding provider, try to understand how they work and who will take care of your mail. There are big providers offering hundreds of locations across the U.S. The problem is that these technology companies only provide software solutions for each of the locations. Typically, each mail forwarding center is operated by a different franchise owner. The quality can vary from place to place, and if the store is closed permanently, you have to change your address to another location. We value quality over quantity and our vision is to operate each mail center strictly ourselves.
