About Us
Our Story
The idea for my modern mail forwarding business emerged after years as a client of a virtual address provider. While you might think a bad experience prompted me to start my own service, the truth is a bit more complex. My initial provider is reliable, and I still use their services for one of my Wyoming businesses. However, upon moving to Southern California, I realized they had no presence in the state.
As a frequent-traveling serial entrepreneur with European roots, I needed the flexibility to manage my postal mail online from anywhere. While searching for virtual mailbox services in Los Angeles, I found one, but they unexpectedly closed the office where my mailbox was located, leading to mail loss.
This experience inspired me to create my own mail-forwarding solution for anyone needing a virtual address in California. I believe my firsthand experiences as a mail-forwarding client have enabled me to develop a practical yet simple solution.
Why Is Mail on Screen Different?
When choosing a mail forwarding provider, it’s vital to understand their operations and mail management. Large providers may have multiple U.S. locations, but they often depend on franchise owners, leading to inconsistent service quality and potential address changes if a center closes. At Mail on Screen, we prioritize quality and maintain direct control over every mail center through our experienced team, ensuring consistent and reliable service.

Mail on Screen Vision & Expansion
In 2023, we began in Redondo Beach and became California’s leading mail-forwarding provider. Our goal is straightforward: we want to run all our offices in every U.S. state without any outside partners, like franchises. We plan to have one office per state. Next up, we’re opening in Florida in spring 2024, and New York later in the same year.
When it comes to mail forwarding, a personal touch is important. That’s why you can always contact me at peter@mailonscreen.com
